Post de hoje é um review da loja Self Proclaimed Princess, uma loja americana, de produtos direcionados ao estilo Fairy Kei.

Today's post is a review for Self Proclaimed Princess, an American store, that sells products targeted to Fairy Kei style.
A Self Proclaimed Princess entra em uma vibe mais Spank! loja japonesa e que também originou o estilo Fairy Kei, com uma pegada mais "hand made" vintage e DIY.
Mostrar para vocês alguns produtos, são poucos mas acredito que vão ter mais novidades :
The Self Proclaimed Princess enters in a vibe more inspired in Spank! a Japanese store that also originated the Fairy Kei style with a vintage style more "hand made" and DIY.
Let me show you some products, they are few but I believe they will have more news:
Agora vou mostrar o que eles me enviaram, e também junto com o review de cada produto.
Now I'll show you what they sent me, and also along with the review of each product.
Eles me enviaram uma saia de tule mint, wirstcuffs de lã, um laço grande de tecido brilhoso e um colar de pingente de resina.
They sent me a tulle skirt in mint color, wirst cuffs made of wool, a large ribbon of shiny fabric and a resin pendant necklace.
Antes de fazer o review, entrei em contato com a dona da loja, informando que os produtos tinham alguns problemas, e então gostaria de saber se mesmo eu falando honestamente destes problemas eu faria ou não o review. Ela disse que eu poderia fazer, então como sabem eu sempre dou um parecer honesto e sincero para meus leitores.
Before doing the review, I contacted the shop owner, stating that the product had some problems, and then I wonder if even I honestly speaking about these problems or I do not review. She said I could do, so as you know I always give an honest and sincere opinion to my readers.
A saia de tule tem inúmeros problemas, desde de a modelagem dela, a falta de tule e também acabamentos.
Podem perceber o elástico aparente, o tule mal cortado e também a costura não precisa.
The tulle skirt has numerous problems, from modeling and her lack of tulle and also finishes.
May perceive the apparent elastic, the poorly cut tulle and also the seam.
Os wirstcuffs são de lã acrílica e realmente tem uma idéia muito fofa para o estilo, como eu disse a ela, a marca tem boas idéias e sabe bem o que é o estilo Fairy Kei, só precisa realmente ficar atenta aos detalhes e acabamentos.
The wirst cuffs are made by acrylic wool and actually has a very cute idea for the style, as I told her, the brand has good ideas and knows well what is the Fairy Kei style, just need to give a really good attention to details and finishes.
Ao invés de colar a dobra da fita, seria melhor uma costura limpa na virada, e também deixar a fita virada para o lado correto para frente.
Outro problema que encontrei foi a forma que embalaram os produtos, com um certo descuido e desleixo, acho que isso deve ter também mais atenção para futuros envios.
Instead of pasting the fold of the ribbon, it would be better a clean seam at the turn, and also leave the ribbon facing the right way forward.
Another problem I found, was the way they packed the products with a certain carelessness and negligence, I think this should also get more attention for future shipments.
O laço tem um tamanho bom, e os tecidos são realmente lindos, uma organza cristal rosa e o azul não tenho certeza que tecido é, mas as combinações ficaram ótimas, porém novamente o acabamento deixa a desejar.
The ribbon has a good size, and the fabrics are really beautiful, one crystal organza pink and blue'm not sure that fabric is, but the combinations were great, but again the finish lacking.
Finalização da peça com muita cola quente, o que poderia ser costurado foi feito com cola, e também o descuido do lado certo da fita de cetim.
Finishing the piece with lots of hot glue, which could be sewn was done with glue, and also neglect the right side of the satin ribbon.
Uso de linha de cor diferente, no caso a linha vermelha no overlock ficou bem aparente.
Use of different colored line, if the red line was quite apparent in the overlock.
Por último o colar de pingente de fantasminha, a idéia mais uma vez é boa mas a execução não tanto. Como faço muito review de acessórios, tenho um olho bem clínico para falhas em peças deste material, e o que notei mais forte, foi o acabamento, não havendo lixamento da peça.
Finally the ghost pendant necklace, the idea once again is good but the execution not so much. I do a lot of accessories reviews, have a good eye for flaws in pieces of this material, and the stronger I noticed was the finish, without sanding part.
Quando falei com a dona da loja, fiquei mal em falar sobre isso, e ela me assegurou que vai melhorar seu trabalho. Espero que isso aconteça, pois o cliente sempre merece o melhor, e nos que seguimos o estilo Fairy Kei, mesmo usando peças muitas vezes hand made, procuramos por produtos de qualidade e acabamento impecável.
When I spoke to the shop owner, I was feeling bad to talk about it, and she assured me that will improve her work. I hope that happens, because the customer always deserves the best, and for us that follow the Fairy Kei style, even using hand made pieces often, we look for quality products and impeccable finish.
Bom, eu realmente espero ver a Self Proclaimed Princess crescer e melhorar seu trabalho, pois ótimas idéias ela tem!
